The veterinarian may refer by:

• Suggesting that the client makes contact with us directly and with their veterinary referral letter. (This is the most common procedure)

• Writing a letter with their opinion on the behaviour in question for the Behaviour Practitioners Telephoning this centre to present the behaviour case and book an appointment on behalf of their client

• Simply refer the client verbally to our web site for information
